About the Products

Can I order out-of-stock items?

You can register your email address on the out-of-stock product page to receive a restock notification. We will contact you once the item is back in stock, so please feel free to use this feature.

Can I use a washing machine or dryer?

You can use a washing machine. However, we do not recommend using a dryer as it may cause significant shrinkage.

Is gift wrapping available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.

About Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within approximately 7 days from the date of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

We ship your order using EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post, a reliable international shipping service.

Do I need to pay customs duties or shipping fees?

Since our products are shipped from Japan, customs duties or taxes may apply in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and please understand that we are unable to manage these costs.

About Returns and Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item is defective or you have received the wrong product.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Please contact us via email (info@kyo-ya.net) with photos of the defective item. If we confirm the item is defective, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
